UPDATE, December 13: Those wanting a 2022 Subaru BRZ will have to wait, with the company today announcing its initial allocation has sold out.
Around 500 examples of the BRZ have been sold by Subaru since the model went on pre-sale in September, with the first batch of vehicles expecting to arrive in a matter of weeks.
With an average price of just over $40,000 before on-road costs, the BRZ orders equate to more than $20 million in sales for the company.
