CASPER- Judith “Judi” Ann Anderson, 75, passed away from COVID-19 on December 7th, 2020 at Wyoming Medical Center. She passed away one day before her 76th birthday. Judi received more than 120 birthday cards, which shows how many people she impacted in her life.
